Craig commenced with Parmalat in January 2010 with strong FMCG experience from Campbell's/Arnotts, Lion Nathan & Frito Lay (PepsiCo). Prior to joining Parmalat, he was Managing Director of Star City Hotel & Casino (Tabcorp). He holds a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University and completed an Executive Development program from Harvard Business School.
